Job Summary
Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and execution plans; review plans, contracts, and bid documents; coordinate procurement and subcontractor agreements; lead day-to-day operations while ensuring safety and quality; maintain client and vendor communications; track progress, identify risks, and manage costs and change orders; prepare regular updates and closeout activities including warranties and final billing.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety practices
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
