Job Summary
Project Manager for a long-standing PNW-based Commercial GC overseeing preconstruction through close-out on large-scale commercial projects; responsibilities include delivering exceptional project management services, building and maintaining client and team relationships, and guiding projects from preconstruction through warranty. Requires 5+ years of general contracting experience, leading multiple commercial projects, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Key duties include preconstruction planning, estimating, subcontractor bidding, scheduling, leading and mentoring team members, and collaborating with leadership to drive project success across healthcare, office, high-rise, hospitality, life science, education, and tech TI sectors.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of general contracting experience
- Experience running and completing multiple commercial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent in years of experience
- Experience in preconstruction planning, estimating, subcontractor bidding, and scheduling
- Experience in leading, training, and mentoring team members
