Job Summary
Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initiation through post-delivery, ensuring execution within scope, timeline, and budget. Lead a diverse portfolio ranging from short-term initiatives to multi-year efforts, developing detailed plans and coordinating resources to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor progress against established goals, proactively address challenges, and implement solutions to minimize delays while communicating regular timeline updates to customers. Process and implement feedback from customers, engineers, and approval bodies; facilitate quality control checklists and readiness reviews to ensure compliance prior to production. Develop and maintain project schedules using ERP tools, monitor lead times, and prepare change orders to support finance. Partner with shop supervisors, production teams, and delivery coordinators to ensure high-quality manufacturing and safe, timely site delivery. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and navigating complex situations. Spend time on the production floor to build relationships and support execution. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Project Management experience in a manufacturing, commercial, industrial, or construction environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Solid understanding of project financials

Desired Qualifications
