Project Manager - NV2 or PV Cleared

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for ICT solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and user needs. Produce high-quality technical documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including solution architects, project managers, and developers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solution design and delivery. Identify and recommend business process improvements, supporting change initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement across systems and workflows. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining alignment with compliance, security, and quality standards in high-security environments. Candidates must possess valid NV2 or PV security clearance, ensuring compliance with security protocols and safeguarding sensitive information. Skills in OCD and FPS (Operational Concept Document and Functional Performance Specifications document); stakeholder engagement. Intelligence or Electronic Warfare experience is preferred. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Defence & Security are desirable.
