Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and closeout of nuclear projects for the Nuclear Business Unit, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams while managing budgets, schedules, risks, and quality plans; serve as primary client interface and lead regulatory communications; ensure compliance with NRC, INPO, and site procedures; develop and maintain client relationships and deliverables; drive staff development and cross-functional collaboration within SI to meet project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- 8-15 years of project management experience in nuclear, power generation, or regulated industrial projects
- Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification, preferred
- Experience in nuclear life extension, uprate, or advanced reactor projects, preferred
- Knowledge of 10 CFR 50, 10 CFR 52, and ASME nuclear codes, preferred
- Proficient in writing and reviewing technical reports and proposals, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% or more, upon request
- Energy generation plant experience required
- US Citizen or Permanent Residency
