Job Summary
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing deliverables to schedule costs and estimate budgets. Coordinate workers and subcontractors while monitoring compliance with building, safety, and contractual regulations. Select tools and materials, track inventory, and negotiate agreements, permits, and licenses. Prepare daily reports on job status, analyze emerging risks, and resolve problems to ensure quality standards and proper techniques. Meet contractual performance conditions and maintain the highest safety mindset throughout onsite and offsite operations.
Required Qualifications
- Understand that safety is not a task, it is a mindset and a core requirement to participate in our industry.
- Proven working experience in construction project management.
- Experience on both sides of the table (Owner & Constructor).
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing with authority.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
