Lead multidisciplinary teams through New Product Introduction projects from initial concept studies to mass production industrialization. Manage scope, budgets, and planning for innovative trajectories while guiding mechanical and electromechanical architectures to functional demonstrators. Apply deep material and joining technology knowledge to optimize designs for manufacturing, coaching the team on plastics, molds, and injection molding. Oversee risk analyses such as FMEA and monitor mechanical quality throughout the development lifecycle. Coordinate with international clients across IoT, consumer, and industrial sectors to manage expectations and deliver market-ready products.
