Project Manager, NPI

Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction programs from concept through production launch, coordinating Engineering, Technical Operations, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers while driving KPI reporting, governance, and executive communication. Support Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Sustaining Engineering initiatives, including industrialization, process development, engineering changes, cost reduction, and product enhancements. Chair weekly cross-functional reviews, manage ECRs and ECOs, and ensure regulatory compliance and successful product launches.
