Job Summary
Project Manager needed to support field construction activities, working directly with the Project Superintendent to set up and maintain a field construction office, track change orders and project-related contracts, submit and track hours, timekeeping, jobsite inventory, and progress reports, manage equipment, fuel and materials tracking, 811/Once Call ticket management, and collect receipts from crew members. Requires strong office management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Projects or Primavera, and demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. Travel across the United States is required. Typical schedule is six days per week, 10-hour days. The office location is to be determined, with projects across the U.S. More details will be discussed during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Degree or Diploma
- Experience in Office Management
- Experience with Microsoft Projects or Primavera
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Well versed and comfortable on a computer
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
