Job Summary
Project Manager, Non Supervisory 5 overseeing CAM/PM planning, execution, and delivery to ensure on-time, within-budget, and quality project outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining baselines (scope, timelines, budgets, resources), overseeing project activities, leading a PM team, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, controlling budgets, utilizing EVMS with project controls staff, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Requires deep knowledge of EVMS, cost analysis, change management principles, lifecycle cost analysis, and risk mitigation; advanced EVMS proficiency; strong financial acumen; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK; and a Bachelor’s degree with substantial related experience (15 years) or PMP/certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree combined with 15 years of related experience
- Formal education in Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other notable project management certification or demonstrated proficiency in Project Management (particularly on government contracts with EVMS requirements)
- Experience on environmental projects or DOE site experience preferred
