Job Summary
Oversee EU region projects from procurement to commissioning, managing customer accounts, finances, and logistics while ensuring safety protocols are followed on site. Provide technical support for PV solar tracking systems, coordinate tool ordering, and drive resolution for quality issues via non-conformance reports. Lead direct reports, manage project P&L including revenue forecasting and cost control, and advocate for customer needs within cross-functional teams. Establish key performance indicators for customer care and support product development with systems integration expertise. Fluent English and Spanish required; based in Madrid, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of combined Project Manager experience gained in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fields
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong project management skills and qualifications
- Ability to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logistics
- Experience in and talent for dealing with customer support and O&M issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Passion for solar or renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications
- Hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems
