Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality constraints. Manage day-to-day planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, clearly defined objectives, risk management and delivery of expected benefits. Collaborate across a matrix organisation with cross-functional teams, business sponsors and stakeholders to maintain engagement and enable delivery at pace. Effectively articulate project progress and issues to stakeholders and apply project management methodologies to drive structured, balanced reporting. The role involves strong communication, influencing skills and a focus on delivering real value for Newcastle Building Society through effective governance and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working is supported (typically 2 days home-based).
