Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives for new product development and internal IT system enhancements across finance, supply chain, and engineering functions. Manage project portfolios from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and against quality metrics. Coordinate status meetings, execute project toll gates, and utilize methodologies to drive maximum effectiveness while overcoming obstacles. Foster relationships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to support strategic growth and operational improvements. Requires 10+ years of experience leading simultaneous projects, with a background in enterprise IT systems like Salesforce and JIRA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years previous experience as a Project Manager
- 10+ years previous experience as a Portfolio/Project Manager
- Ability to travel up to 20% time
- Experience leading projects to implement internal enterprise IT systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Sage, JIRA, and custom software solutions
- Experience with varying project management methodologies
- Experience with process modeling and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of retail industry related applications, CCTV, LP, data integration techniques and web technology
- Understanding or experience working on international projects
Desired Qualifications
- Project management related certifications
- A general understanding of hardware and video security solutions
- Preferred candidates will live in Central or Eastern United States
