Job Summary
Lead new business opportunities by assessing requests, generating proposals, and managing contract negotiations for sterile injectable product transfers. Drive project execution from process development through commercialization, ensuring milestones meet specifications while balancing cost, resources, and timelines. Facilitate technical evaluations, pricing discussions, and quarterly business reviews to align client needs with operational capabilities. Manage client forecasting, demand-supply planning, and scope change controls to maintain profitability and service levels. Coordinate risk mitigation strategies and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth transitions to the commercial team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical product development or manufacturing experience
- Three years of project management experience
- Project management experience preferably in a service business
- Well versed in Project Management tools
- Knowledge of related disciplines
- Ability to qualify for Grade C gowning
- Must be available for overtime work including nights and weekends
- Ability to sit for long hours
- Ability to walk or stand for periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a business or scientific discipline
- PMP certification
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Ability to use enterprise software (examples include: ERP, Veeva, Trackwise, SalesForce, etc.)
