Project Manager (Networks FTTH)

Job Summary
Oversee and prioritize all FTTH builds in the pipeline, ensuring alignment with transmission link timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination. Manage relationships with external suppliers, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and vendors while tracking project statuses, dependencies, and risks. Establish implementation management processes to ensure internal and external deadlines are met for cross-functional projects, acting as the main point of contact for Technology and Operations on new transmission or capacity requirements. Optimize resource and time allocation through daily work across network systems using monitoring and project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Project Management Diploma
- 5+ years' experience in project management, with a focus on network infrastructure and implementation
- Proven experience managing FTTH (Fiber to the Home) builds and deployments in the pipeline, including end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of fiber infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience with FTTH build projects is required, with a solid technical understanding
- Demonstrated experience with Fixed wireless builds are required
- Working knowledge of network monitoring and project management software
- Working knowledge of managing project budget, quality and completion on time
- Experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, risk and budget management
- Experience working with cross functional teams and managing vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN and cloud based networking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders
