Job Summary
Project Manager for nesto Cloud responsible for owning end-to-end technology initiatives and delivering complex SaaS roadmaps. Acts as the bridge between business intent and technical reality, translating high-level visions into structured project plans, maintaining alignment between internal teams and external partners, guiding implementation and adoption of new systems, and delivering data-driven insights through Power BI and Excel to leadership. Emphasizes an owner mindset, proactive collaboration, and ability to distill vague business requests into actionable technical requirements for engineers. Requires post-secondary education in a related field and ~5 years of PM experience with Agile practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI). PMP certification is considered an asset. The role emphasizes driving alignment, enabling successful adoption, and delivering measurable milestones and KPI tracking within a fast-growing Canadian FinTech.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field
- Five years of experience in Project Management with a focus on delivering B2B SaaS projects end-to-end
- Proactive collaboration and feedback-loop coordination
- Owner mindset with initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas from concept to completion
- Ability to distill high-level business requests into structured technical requirements for engineers
- Interest and awareness of emerging tech and its application to challenges
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI
