Project Manager NEC (ECC)

Oversee full lifecycle delivery of a multi-disciplinary wastewater DBO contract, managing tender prep, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and 15+ year O&M handover. Administer NEC ECC protocols including early warnings, compensation events, and programme controls while managing risks, budgets at HK$1B+ scale, and stakeholders across the client, subs, and regulators. Lead a team of 50+ multidisciplinary staff to drive sustainability through effluent standards and water reclamation integration. Reports to the Project Director with a focus on the Northern New Territories. Candidates must hold an MHKIE qualification, 15 years post-qual experience in engineering contracts, and 8 years as a main contractor project manager. This role supports one of Hong Kong's highest-profile upcoming municipal wastewater Design-Build-Operate contracts, a flagship sustainability initiative under the Northern Metropolis vision.
