Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of professional services engagements, including kickoff, milestone tracking, delivery, and close-out. Maintain accurate, real-time project tracking for contract dates, assigned resources, risks, and delivery status while owning resource allocation based on capacity and availability. Build standardized onboarding templates, monitor project health, and proactively escalate risks before impacting commitments. Partner with technical and non-technical teams to remove blockers, identify automation opportunities using AI tools, and provide weekly project health reports to leadership. Work independently in a remote environment aligned with U.S. business hours, supporting software implementation and professional services delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall professional experience in relevant project management or services delivery roles
- 3+ years of experience managing software implementation, professional services, or technology projects
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project tracking systems that teams consistently use
- Experience with resource planning, team allocation, and calendar-based capacity management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear, accurate project status and identify risks early
- Experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to establish credibility across teams
- Strong familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, automation platforms, or similar technologies, with a demonstrated ability to use them to improve productivity and reduce manual work
- English proficiency

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce or project tracking systems integrated with Salesforce contracts
- Experience developing standardized processes and templates for recurring client implementations
- Experience in a SaaS, data integration, cloud technology, or professional services environment
