Job Summary

Develop and schedule multi-utility system construction projects while managing status reports from planning through execution. Document and track development and change requests, ensuring precise follow-up dates and proactive resource utilization. Monitor project schedules, validate work orders, field surveying, and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects in compliance with Federal, State, Tribal, and National Electrical Codes. Prepare monthly work order reports for the General Manager and special reports for internal and external analysis. Administer project revenues and expenses, review funding contracts from Navajo Nation and federal agencies, and develop performance management systems. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to optimize operations and participate in future utility development planning.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License (subject to motor vehicle record review)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering Technology or related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in multi-utility system construction, project management, construction
  • Project Management certification
  • Navajo Preference
  • Navajo Veteran Preference
