Job Summary
Plan and schedule all project activities as per timelines; assist PIMO in ensuring timely on-site work execution; liaise with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Government authorities for smooth site operations; conduct online or in-office project and design review meetings; prepare and circulate agendas and minutes; maintain site records (inventory, RIF, drawing, non-compliance); guide and groom Engineers to deliver targets; identify slippages and initiate corrective actions; invite quotes from local vendors and submit for further processing; ensure safety and environmental policy compliance; prepare MIS reports to facilitate decision making; minimize material wastage and suggest value engineering to reduce costs; ensure assigned work is completed per schedule by coordinating with team members, contractors, and consultants; perform any other duties assigned by PIMO.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. (Civil Engineering)
- M.Tech preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- MS Office
- Experience 15-18 years on construction site
- Experience with Project Management Consultants 8-10 years preferred
- Civil, Structural and Architectural design and construction knowledge
- Leading PM team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out
- Knowledge of local language written and spoken
