Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and costs align with project goals. Manages contract terms, insurance certificates, shop drawings, RFIs and CORs, and maintains production lists and Schedule-of-Values. Facilitates turnover meetings between estimating/sales and engineering, ensures contract terms are met, and interfaces with internal teams, jobsite managers, and supervisors. Requires leadership, time management, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and ability to interact with all management levels.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- College degree preferred. Experience can be considered to waive this requirement.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Precast Concrete.
