Project Manager - N.P.I.

Project Manager will lead and support assigned manufacturing programs and initiatives of medium to high complexity applying project management expertise to support introduction of new product to the site. Manage assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This includes developing SOW, business proposals, functional requirements, project plan w/milestones, financials, and implementation plan. Provide management and guidance toward successful collaboration with multi-functional groups and direct project team responsible for implementation of Jabil’s strategies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria aligned to business needs. Gather, validate, and translate requirements into actionable project plans. Manage end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Establish and monitor KPIs, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing changes and cost impacts. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and staffing requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and escalating issues as needed. Lead, build, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational goals. Ensure strong customer relationships and consistently meet or exceed expectations. Maintain compliance with company policies, including safety, security, and confidentiality standards.
