Job Summary
Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of rural real estate projects from concept through entitlement, capital investment, and market execution. You will drive value by coordinating internal teams and managing third-party consultants to hit aggressive financial targets, leveraging market research and financial underwriting to justify projects, influence regulatory proposals, attend public hearings, and ensure timely delivery through meticulous master schedules and risk management. You will build consensus among stakeholders, present to leadership, negotiate with contractors, and ensure alignment with land-use feasibility, site design, and budgetary constraints. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a diplomatic approach to drive projects from inception to completion in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or Construction Management with land development concentration or related experience
