Job Summary
Lead small- to medium-sized architectural projects through design and construction phases, managing scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables. Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships through communication, meetings, and documentation while directing Project Architects and multi-disciplinary consultant teams. Monitor financial performance, including budgets, labor utilization, and invoicing. Requires eight years of experience in a studio environment with a licensed architectural status and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Deltek. Base pay ranges from $110,000 to $128,000, with benefits including PTO, holidays, and a matched 401K.
Required Qualifications
- At least eight years of experience within a small to medium-sized firm/studio environment with experience managing technical project types, such as industrial, civic, commercial, administration, operations, laboratory, maintenance, public works, or transportation facilities
- Licensed architectural status with experience with California building codes
- A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Deltek, Microsoft Office, and related programs
