Project Manager MVW (Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club & Marriott's Aruba Surf Club)

Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, including managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, and preventative maintenance for the building, grounds, and physical plant. Supervise day-to-day engineering activities, inspect facilities to determine required work, and select new equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. Lead the emergency response team for facility issues, handle guest complaints, and manage human resources activities to ensure team performance and fair treatment. Maintain accurate logs, plan maintenance schedules, and drive energy conservation efforts to achieve budgeted goals.
