Project Manager

Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards. Lead cross-functional coordination with architects and engineers during conceptual design and tender stages, while driving on-site progress by managing teams and subcontractors to maintain strict master schedules. Liaise directly with local authorities for statutory submissions, building inspections, and development approvals, and manage project budgets to deliver high-level management reports. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years of property development experience, English and Mandarin fluency, and strong MS Office skills. This role supports the client's expansion of iconic developments within their large-scale industrial parks and commercial hubs in Malaysia.
