Project Manager

Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget by setting overall standards, planning contract programmes, and managing cost control. Identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring sufficient resources and materials are in place. Line manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and Section Managers, and oversee commercial activities including gross margin delivery and subcontractor performance. Manage client relationships and provide progress updates to internal and external stakeholders. Resolve business-critical issues or refer them to the Project Director as needed.
