Project Manager - Municipal Water Infrastructure

Job Summary
Lead full project lifecycle delivery for municipal water infrastructure portfolios up to $50M, overseeing planning, execution, financial management, and close-out. Manage budgets, costs, and forecasts while handling change orders and contract negotiations. Build and mentor teams of up to 15 staff, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and contractual standards. Establish strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive performance and repeat business. Requires a technical trade certificate with five years of direct project management experience, including municipal water or wastewater projects. Full-time, on-site role with limited supervision.
