Job Summary
Project Manager – Municipal Transportation overseeing contract-based project delivery from opportunity through completion. Responsible for managing scope, schedule, and cost; leading cross-functional teams; developing fee proposals and sub-consultant contracts as needed; assembling project teams; ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality control; communicating with clients and stakeholders; identifying and mitigating risks; forecasting progress and updating timelines; and maintaining professional representation of PEC. Requires strong knowledge of consulting design and construction standards, proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project), and experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, CAD/Revit; effective written and verbal communication, leadership, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from ABET Accredited University required
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a discipline/task lead required
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Project Management or related experience/field required
