Job Summary
As a Project Manager in the Municipal Civil Engineering sector, you will be responsible for writing proposals, winning business, managing project budgets, and serving as the main point of contact with municipal clients. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating with team members and sub-consultants, and leveraging a diverse staff to grow the client base in the Greater Cedarburg area. This position requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer registration in Wisconsin, and substantial experience in civil engineering and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
- Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in all aspects of civil engineering
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or manager-level responsibilities
- Applicable U.S. based work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with hydrology and hydraulic software
