Multifamily Project Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources while building relationships with developers, owners, architects, and subcontractors. Focuses on proactive communication, problem-solving, and a people-first approach; conducts regular site visits; mentors project teams; ensures compliance with building codes and safety standards; and utilizes project management software to plan schedules, estimates, budgets, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience in multifamily or residential construction
- strong leadership skills to lead and motivate project teams
- proficiency in project management software, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation specific to multifamily construction
