Job Summary
Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and work plans to guide execution. Create and maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and control expenses to ensure financial objectives are met. Select, hire, and oversee subcontractors while negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms. Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment management, and workforce scheduling. Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving project-related issues. Implement quality assurance processes and ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to maintain project continuity. Collaborate with the General Manager and Operations leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
