Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Portland, OR

Partner with the Construction Executive on subcontractor interactions, client proposal drafting, and contract administration. Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams to develop project estimates and schedules. Provide direction to the project team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time, while performing on-site duties for small scope projects. This role reports to the Vice President of Construction within a Multi-Family Construction/Development Group. A BS in a Construction-related field is preferred, with specific experience in Multi-Family Construction, Podium, and Wrap construction required.
