Job Summary
Project Manager for ground-up multifamily developments in Florida, overseeing preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution. Serve as the owner’s advocate, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while coordinating with ownership, contractors, and consultants. Focused on 3–5 story, 160–200 unit multifamily projects valued at $40M–$60M, across Florida’s Southeast and Central markets, with a strong development pipeline and leadership opportunities. Requires minimum 5 years of construction PM experience; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required. Local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, FL, with ability to visit job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up multifamily residential construction
- Experience working with developers and general contractors is strongly preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required
