Job Summary
Lead full project lifecycle activities for multifamily projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. Define objectives and success metrics with cross-functional teams; build and maintain detailed schedules and resource plans; manage budgets and vendor coordination; identify and mitigate risks; ensure quality and compliance with policies; provide regular status updates and stakeholder reporting; drive process improvements and data-driven decisions to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Preferred PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification
