Job Summary

Lead and coordinate all project efforts—administrative and technical—to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution through Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Estimate fees, define scope of work, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to terms while actively managing client budgets, schedules, programs, and project team assignments. Serve as the primary client liaison, guiding projects to successful completion and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Provide day-to-day oversight of project teams, monitoring the work of less experienced staff and supporting their development. Requires 5+ years of experience coordinating architectural projects, including multifamily housing, with proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at the San Diego or Irvine office.

Required Qualifications

  • Substantial experience using project management tools for project initiation, planning, billing, and labor tracking
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • A confident, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Proven ability to provide clear direction and inspiring leadership to architectural staff
  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, administrative and technical, through all phases of development, including Schematic Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
  • Demonstrated experience with multifamily housing projects
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions (visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at their San Diego or Irvine office
