Job Summary
Create subcontracts, payment applications, and project schedules for multi-family construction projects from initial planning to final stages. Manage project administration, document control, and safety while ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Participate in meetings between owners, subcontractors, and team members to maintain professional relationships among industry partners. This role reports to the Division Manager and Senior Project Manager, overseeing the Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Intern. You will backfill the Superintendent and Project Engineer roles when absent. The position requires desk and computer-based work alongside on-site inspections involving walking, climbing, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in multi-family construction and proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in multi-family construction or related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or a related discipline
- Fundamental knowledge of multi-family product types and trades
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Proficient in MS Project
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Procore
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Outlook
- Proficient in Zoom
- Proficient in MS Teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD (for plan viewing)
