Job Summary
Project Manager with multi-family development experience responsible for bid preparation and bid documents, defining work scope and WBS, bidder solicitation, establishing project requirements and ensuring deliverables meet criteria. Builds and maintains relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors; manages development, quality control, and contract changes, including revisions and additions to agreements. Manages project close-out and coordinates with owners and professionals to drive opportunities. Proficient with MS Office, estimating software, on-screen take-off, Bluebeam, MS Project; BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and related tools; knowledge of building codes, estimation, financing, scheduling, and safety protocols; able to manage staff, meet deadlines, and uphold confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects)
- Knowledge of building codes, estimation, financing, scheduling, and safety protocols
- Ability to operate MS Office Suite, estimating software, on-screen take-off, Bluebeam, MS Project
- Procore, Textura, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD or other BIM software experience is a plus
