Job Summary
Collaborate with preconstruction teams on proposals and bid analysis, then manage owner contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments to ensure compliance and accurate cost reporting. Develop project schedules, address consultant inspection reports monthly, and enforce site-specific safety plans through weekly audits and recommendations. Oversee project management staff by training and mentoring them while cultivating a collaborative environment. This full-time, in-person role requires a valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S., with a Bachelor's degree and four years of construction management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in construction management
- Proficiency in managing project controls and understanding construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to use or learn construction management software (CMiC, Bluebeam, Salus, PlanGrid, MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
