Job Summary
Manage end-to-end design project lifecycles from brief to final delivery, overseeing design resources, timelines, and internal processes while acting as the primary contact between teams and external partners. Identify potential bottlenecks early to keep projects on track, taking full ownership of delivery with clear authority to drive teams forward. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate creative visions into functioning plans that bridge business goals and design execution. Based in Helsinki with one day of remote work per week, this role offers genuine ownership within a supportive creative team.
