Job Summary
Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital projects for our prominent clients, navigating complex technical environments and managing cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include organizing workflows, timelines, sprints, and resource allocation; supervising developers, designers, and QA engineers; designing and implementing Agile or Scrum frameworks; managing client communication and expectations; coordinating deployment across digital transformation initiatives and mobile/web ecosystems. The role emphasizes seeking opportunities to create impactful work and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
- full professional proficiency in English
- Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully leading mid-to-large-scale digital projects
- Extensive experience working across multiple tech platforms, including full-scale digital transformations, complex web environments, and native mobile applications (iOS/Android)
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical development teams and non-technical client stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
