Job Summary
Manage the full project lifecycle for mid-sized Patient Engagement implementations, including drafting kick-off plans, scheduling timelines, and securing tactical resources. Independently deliver internal and external deliverables while managing stakeholder relationships and achieving KPIs for billable utilization, time-to-revenue, and adoption. Develop detailed work plans, maintain CRM and project management documentation, and handle backend setup and configurations. Field change requests, facilitate change orders via Salesforce/CPQ, and escalate at-risk projects to leadership with executive summaries. Collaborate with Sales, Training, Technology, and Customer Success teams to mitigate risk and ensure alignment. Requires 3-5 years of project management experience, PMP certification preferred, and 25% travel availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other relevant degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with clinical environments either through previous clinical training or through clinical implementations
- Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, or similar products
- Payments experience
- Must possess a PMP Certification
- Must possess an agile mindset ensuring client success
- Availability for up to 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years of relevant business experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with clinical environments either through previous clinical training or through clinical implementations (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, or similar products
- Payments experience preferred
