Job Summary
Own the mobilisation project plan for a large-scale contract, coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Product Development, Sales, Tech, Finance, and People. Manage timelines, dependencies, scope, and RAID management to ensure readiness for a potential January 2027 go-live date. Drive stakeholder communication and governance while maintaining alignment on risks and critical deadlines. This hands-on, high-impact role requires a qualified project manager to deliver structure and clarity in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, multi‐workstream projects or programmes
- Proven track record of mobilising large‐scale contracts or operational programmes in a commercial environment
- Strong experience of RAID management, project planning and dependency mapping
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate and influence cross‐functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech, Finance, People)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership reporting
- Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of recognised project management methodologies and best practice
