Job Summary
Project Manager for Dematic Mobile Automation leading automation projects involving AGVs and warehouse systems. Responsible for planning and managing multiple concurrent project plans, tracking progress against schedules, serving as primary customer contact, managing scope, time, risk, and stakeholders, communicating project status to executives and teams, monitoring financial performance, aligning cross-functional teams, removing obstacles, and driving milestones and deliverables. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years PM experience, experience with automation projects (AGVs, conveyor systems, warehouse software), strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office/ERP, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing automation projects including AGVs, automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyor systems, warehouse management software, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to interface at all levels of the organization
- Inclination to take ownership and drive for results
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (including international)
