Job Summary
Project Manager - Mobile Automation with Dematic Mobile Automation leading automation-project delivery. Responsible for managing multiple concurrent project plans, monitoring progress, and serving as the primary customer contact. Duties include identifying and managing scope, time, risk, and stakeholders; communicating status and resource utilization to executives and teams; ensuring financial performance; aligning cross-functional teams; removing obstacles to drive momentum; ensuring milestones and deliverables are met; documenting status and driving issue resolutions; and pursuing process improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-5 years of PM experience, experience with automation projects (e.g., automated guided vehicles, conveyor systems, warehouse software), proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with up to 25% travel.
