Job Summary
Develop project plans, budgets, and resource schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of new build and fit-out projects. Monitor progress, manage staff, labour, plant, and subcontractors, and enforce safety and health regulations across the site. Liaise with clients and agents to resolve issues, establish reporting procedures, and measure staff performance against targets. Adhere to contractual conditions, minimize costs via value engineering, and maintain accurate site documentation. Requires third-level qualification, extensive project management experience, and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive project management experience on new build and fit-out type projects
- Third level qualification in a related subject or experience in a similar Project Management role
- Willing to travel as extensive travel throughout the UK will be required
