Job Summary
The Project Manager - Mission Critical is responsible for managing assigned project team members and subcontractors, engaging in the preconstruction process, and overseeing quality assurance and control programs. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing project budgets and schedules, leading construction progress meetings, and overseeing design development. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management with at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction is required. Ideal candidates will have mission critical data center project experience and strong knowledge of MEP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry
Desired Qualifications
- Mission Critical Data Center project experience
- Knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems
- Understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes
- Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, and P6
