Job Summary
Develop comprehensive, schedule-driven project plans that define scope, objectives, and timelines for large-scale, mission-critical electrical projects, including data center construction. Lead execution of complex construction projects by coordinating field operations, procurement, design, and commissioning while allocating human and material resources to maintain alignment with critical path schedules. Oversee project financial performance through forecasting, cost control, and risk mitigation, and manage the day-to-day change management process to quantify impacts and coordinate change orders. Implement quality control processes, conduct regular inspections, and lead project status meetings to ensure work meets highest standards and documentation remains accurate. Build trust-based relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to drive results, deliver exceptional outcomes with integrity, and represent the company's values within the electrical contracting industry.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale industrial, commercial or mission critical electrical construction projects with responsibility for planning, financial performance, quality, and team coordination
- Proven experience managing mission-critical or data center projects
- Strong ability to perform due diligence and risk assessment, with an emphasis on schedule risk, constructability, and complex coordination challenges
- Strong understanding of advanced scheduling concepts
- In-depth knowledge of building construction methods, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices
- Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure, including power distribution, redundancy systems, cooling infrastructure, and commissioning processes
- Willingness to travel frequently to construction sites to remain actively engaged with project teams and field operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid
- Thorough understanding of safety standards and best practices in electrical construction

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of relevant education, training, and applied leadership experience will be considered
