As a Project Manager in the Mission Critical group, you will oversee large complex projects or multiple medium sized projects, ensuring all aspects from proposal to profitable completion with a focus on safety performance are addressed. You will manage projects with budgets up to $20M, requiring strong organizational skills and experience in the substation sector. Your role involves effective communication with project teams and clients, adapting to evolving challenges, and driving project success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Managing Substation/Utility Specific Projects with an emphasis in the Mission Critical/Hyperscale Markets
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software
