Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction

Drive and implement the Change Management Process, managing cost control through monthly reports, cash flow, and budgeting. Supervise pre-construction services including purchase orders, subcontract schedules, and job cost setup while assisting in estimating and bid day participation. Monitor and update the project schedule routinely, tracking the critical path and addressing potential delays immediately. Supervise employees, subcontractors, and suppliers by providing direction and monitoring performance. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and employees to resolve conflicts and reinforce company values. This initial assignment focuses on Mission Critical/Data Center projects in the Alexandria area.
